Therapy for Couples and Individuals

When our relationships feel strained or in crisis, or when we’re struggling to understand ourselves or someone we love, therapy can help.

My approach is focused, specialized, and tailored to what you need to feel better and live better. I will help you move from talking about the patterns where you feel stuck to changing them.

Together, we’ll determine which approach makes the most sense for your goals. Some people need a focused period of hourly sessions to work through a specific challenge. Others benefit from intensive work /longer sessions in the beginning, which I also offer.

I tailor the pace, intensity, and approach of therapy to your stated goals and needs. My goal is to make your time in therapy a solid investment in your wellbeing and relationships.

How I Work

My style is engaged and compassionate--and lovingly direct when needed to support your growth.

I don't believe therapy should be about simply talking through the same problems over and over. I want to help clients understand more clearly what is happening, why it keeps happening, and what they can do differently.
